Iftikhar Ahmed hits 6 sixes : The ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) exhibition match between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi attracted a lot of attention for the lack of cricket. The match was stopped for some time due to the bomb blast at Musa Chowk in Quetta. Reports also claimed that some people lit fires and pelted stones outside the stadium, which led to the postponed of the game.
However, the fans finally got to see some entertaining action in the match when Gladiators’ Iftikhar Ahmed hit Wahab Riyaz for six sixes in the last over of the innings.
Ahmed scored 36 runs in the 20th over of the innings as the Sarfaraz Ahmed-led side posted 184 runs. Ahmed remained unbeaten after scoring 94 runs.
