Rohit Sharma Steals the Show with Dance Moves

Rohit Sharma, the Indian cricket team captain, recently set the internet on fire with his dance moves at his brother-in-law’s wedding. The video of Rohit, dancing with his wife Ritika and his brother-in-law, went viral on social media, garnering thousands of views and reactions.

Rohit Sharma is known for his incredible cricketing skills, but his dance moves have also left fans in awe. The Indian skipper’s smooth and assured footwork on the dance floor has further cemented his position as one of the most versatile sportsmen in India.

Family Comes First for Rohit Sharma

Despite the ongoing India-Australia cricket series, Rohit Sharma took time off to attend his brother-in-law’s wedding. He missed the first ODI due to his family commitments, but he is expected to return for the second and third ODI. In his absence, Hardik Pandya was named as the stand-in skipper for the first ODI.

Rohit’s Dance Moves: A Masterclass in Footwork

In the viral video, Rohit Sharma can be seen dancing with his wife and brother-in-law. His dance moves were so impressive that fans couldn’t resist sharing their reactions on social media. Some even joked that Rohit’s dance steps were a reflection of how he bats on the cricket field.

“His footwork here too was assured and graceful. Leg side was dominant though. Hands were close to the body, which is also good. Notice his head, it’s still. Masterclass in sangeeth dancing,” joked one Twitter user.

Hata Usko" Rohit Sharma's Command

During the second day of the Ahmedabad Test, Rohit Sharma, the captain of Team India, became visibly frustrated with a spectator who had appeared near the sight screen area and caused a distraction. Rohit’s concentration was broken, and he could be seen shouting ‘hata usko’ (remove him) in a bid to get the fan to move away.

Despite the incident, Rohit managed to keep his focus and ended the day without losing his wicket. However, there are differing reports as to when the incident occurred. Some sources claim that it happened during the sixth over of India’s innings, while others suggest that it occurred during the last over of the day’s play when a six from Shubman Gill’s bat got stuck in the sight screen.

In the latter scenario, the umpires were forced to replace the ball, but a fan managed to retrieve the old one and started celebrating, providing a moment of humor for viewers.

India’s chances of winning the match are slim, as they continue to trail Australia by a massive 444 runs. The visitors had scored an impressive 480 runs in their first innings, largely thanks to Usman Khawaja’s 180 and Cameron Green’s 114.

Watch : Bizarre Captaincy by Steve Smith Gives Two Lifelines to Rohit Sharma in 1st Over of 3rd IND vs AUS Test

Bizarre Captaincy By Steve Smith

In the highly anticipated third test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore, Australian captain Steve Smith’s strange decisions during the first over of India’s innings gave two lifelines to Rohit Sharma.

Mitchell Starc, who had missed the first two tests due to injury, made a remarkable comeback and quickly found his rhythm in the game. The Australian pacer created two wicket-taking opportunities for his team but was let down by his skipper’s decision-making.

Starc’s first delivery found the edge of Rohit Sharma’s bat, and the faint edge was caught by wicketkeeper Alex Carey. Despite a loud appeal by the Australians, the on-field umpire Nitin Menon ruled in favor of the Indian batter. Smith, Starc, and Carey had a discussion but decided against taking the Decision Review System (DRS).

On the fourth delivery of the same over, Starc’s delivery sharply came back into Rohit Sharma, who missed the line of the ball. The ball brushed his back pad and went to the wicketkeeper. Again, the Australian fielders made a massive appeal, but Nitin Menon dismissed their calls. Smith, once again, decided not to opt for the DRS, as it looked quite high to the naked eye.

After watching the replay on the giant screen, it was evident that Steve Smith’s strange captaincy had given two lifelines to Rohit Sharma. The spike on the UltraEdge clearly showed that the decision not to opt for the DRS was incorrect.

Although Smith’s blunders did not cost Australia much, as Rohit Sharma was eventually dismissed by left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann, these errors could have proved costly. Rohit looked to play a down-the-ground shot but was deceived by the turn and flight of the ball, and got stumped by wicketkeeper Alex Carey.

The spin trio of Kuhnemann, Lyon, and Murphy wreaked havoc on the Indian batting lineup, and the Men in Blue were struggling at 84-7 at lunch break.

Rohit Sharma Abuses : The Border-Gaskar Trophy 2023 is underway, and the Indian team has already shown their dominance in the match where they won within three days of play. Australia got the advantage of batting first in the match but it was a victim of batting indecency. Indian spinners once again proved their class.

Rohit Sharma led the team well and his bowling changes throughout the match were also appropriate. The Indian captain handled the Indian innings while batting brilliantly. Sharma has been unlucky with injuries in the Test format as this was his second Test after becoming the captain of the team.

There were some great moments in the match, but if the Aussies keep playing like this, the series won’t be as entertaining. Sharma said in the post-match conference that the Australian team is already under a lot of pressure.

Rohit Sharma Abuses camera man during DRS review

Rohit Sharma is famous for his way of speaking Hindi language. He even once said in an interview that he speaks ‘Tipuri’ Mumbai Hindi. Sharma’s reaction during the match once again made headlines on social media. Rohit was seen making some lewd comments while refereeing to the third umpire.

The camera was actually focusing on Sharma instead of the third umpire’s TV screen, much to Sharma’s annoyance. The voice was not heard, but according to the movement of his lips, he was saying “Mereko kya dikha dikha ra hai, udhar dikha na [Why are you showing me on the screen, show the replays]”.

Sharma had an incredible campaign with the bat, where he scored a brilliant century. On a pitch where other batsmen struggled, the Indian skipper once again proved his class. He is now the only player in the world to have scored centuries in all three formats as a batsman and captain.

Watch Video : Rohit Sharma Discusses the Difficulty in Managing Ashwin and Jadeja’s Milestone Approaches

rohit Rohit-jadeja-ashwin

Indian captain Rohit Sharma showed his witty side at the post-match press conference as he talked about rotating his three spinners Ravi Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel in the opening Test against Australia at the VCA Stadium in Nagpur. On Saturday, 11 January, India beat Australia by an innings and 132 runs to take a 1–0 lead in the four-match series.

Rohit Sharma Discusses the Difficulty in Managing Ashwin and Jadeja’s Milestone Approaches

Ashwin and Jadeja were in deep trouble as they took five wickets each to break the backbone of the Australian batting unit. Rohit, who became the first Indian captain to score a century in all three formats, quipped how both Ashwin and Jadeja wanted to bowl to reach their respective milestones.

“It’s really tough (juggling Ashwin, Jadeja and Axar). They are reaching their milestones. Ravindra Jadeja was telling me that he is on 249 wickets. He is telling me ‘mereko ball dedo’. Ashwin was on 4 wickets, he was closer to a 5-wicket haul. He was saying, ‘I want to bowl yaar’. That’s the challenge I am facing at the moment with these guys.

“I really don’t know too much about the milestones. But these guys are quite aware of it. That’s the challenge of captaining them, rather than giving them which end or not,” Rohit was quoted as saying. “All these 3 guys are quality bowlers. Whichever end is more helpful, all the spinners want to bowl from that end. That’s obvious. But the pressure is on me, to find the right end for the right one,” he stated.

Rohit, who scored 120 in the first innings to help India take a 223-run lead, talked about the match and how he used his spin resources to good effect.

“It’s a challenge, but I try a little bit of match-ups as well. Ash has a good match-up against left-handers. Not that he can’t get right-handers out, but he has got a great record against left-handers. Ravindra Jadeja and Axar have unbelievable match-ups against right-handers. I try to rotate 3 of them,” Rohit added.

Jadeja won the player of the match award after taking seven wickets in the match as well as scoring 70 runs in India’s first innings. The second Test is to begin on February 17 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. India has never lost a home Test series against Australia since 2004.

Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023: India’s Cheteshwar Pujara Out in Unfortunate Manner as Rohit Sharma Reacts Furiously”

The Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023 has finally begun, with the first match taking place at the VCA stadium in Nagpur. The highly-anticipated series opener saw a full house of spectators and did not disappoint, with four sessions of intense play that has left the hosts, India, with a slight upper hand.

India’s Premier Batter Falls Early in the Game Despite India’s strong start, the game took an unfortunate turn for premier batter Cheteshwar Pujara, who lost his wicket at the start of the second day. Pujara was caught in the fine leg region while attempting a paddle sweep against Australian off-spinner Todd Murphy. The dismissal was a soft one, and Pujara appeared in control during his short time at the crease. Skipper Rohit Sharma, who was the non-striker, appeared extremely disappointed, pointing his head to the sky.

A Twitter user described the incident, saying, “Uncharacteristic shot from Pujara to get out. Murphy picks 3. India has the advantage and should possibly look to bat once. Rohit is the key here.”

Debutant Todd Murphy Impresses in BGT 2023 Opener Australia’s 22-year-old spinner Todd Murphy made a dream debut in the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023, scalping four big wickets in the form of KL Rahul, Ravi Ashwin, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Virat Kohli. The off-spinner was preferred over Western Australia all-rounder Ashton Agar by the team management, and the decision has paid off so far.

Ravindra Jadeja Shines in India’s Comeback Game he also starred for the Indian team in his comeback game, taking a defining five-wicket haul. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma has been the team’s pick of the batters, nearing a remarkable century. The encounter has been full of quality action so far, and almost four more days of exciting play appear to be on the cards.

Virat Kohli’s Unlucky Departure After Lunch Break: A Disappointing Moment for Indian Cricket Fans

Cricket is a game that requires immense concentration and discipline. Consistency is the hallmark of great players, and Virat Kohli, the former Indian skipper, is one of the best in the business. However, the way he lost his wicket in the Nagpur Test against Australia came as a disappointment to his fans.

In the first match of the four-match series between India and Australia, Virat Kohli was unable to score his 28th Test hundred. He departed after scoring 12 runs off 26 balls on the first ball of the afternoon session, bowled by debutant Todd Murphy. Despite Murphy taking all four Indian wickets, it was probably the worst of his deliveries that resulted in his success against the Indian skipper.

Subpar Delivery Leads to Kohli’s Wicket
The ball, bowled well outside the leg stump, kept low but the line tempted Kohli to flick it in an attempt to add a couple of runs to his score. Unfortunately, all he got was a thin nick behind, and Alex Carey’s brilliant glovework secured the wicket for the Kangaroos. Kohli, who had been enjoying great success lately, looked unhappy to lose his wicket in such a fashion, as did the netizens, who felt he could have easily played that ball better.

Promising Start Cut Short
Before the lunch break, Kohli had shown promise during his short stay, including two fine fours. However, he failed to contribute anything substantial, and India’s lead was not as commanding as they would have hoped. At the time of writing, India was batting on 167/4 after bowling out Australia for 177 in the first innings.

Most Sixes in IPL History by Teams, Players

most runs in t20 world cup history

IPL started in 2008 and now 10 teams are currently playing in the 15th season of the Indian Premier League in 2022. Before this, a total of 14 seasons of the Indian Premier League have been completed. IPL is played every year by 8 or more teams in which only one team wins the trophy of Indian Premier League.

Here, in this article, we will see Which Team and Player Hits More Sixes in IPL History

Most Sixes in IPL History by a Team

Boundaries are the bread and butter of winning games in IPL. Teams have their own strategy to win the game. Some wait for the death overs to strike, and some start hitting the balls right away.

IPL, as it has become a popular sport across the world, has taken the T20 format to a whole new level. It is fair to say that the format has evolved with the Indian league. Teams now believe that the difference between two teams can be measured by the number of sixes in a game by each team. After all, the controversial earlier rule of deciding the game based on the number of boundaries scored by teams in the event of a Super Over tie may make sense from this perspective.
